This Shipping Policy applies to orders within India only.

• 100% of orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: Delivery is typically completed within 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays.
• Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

4. Delivery Costs

• Delivery charges depend on your shipping location.
• Please check your Order Summary at checkout to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

5. Failed Delivery

• If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, it will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
• The return expense, including shipping costs, will be deducted from the order total during the refund process.

7. Upon Receipt of Your Order

8. Public Holidays

• Deliveries are not made on public or bank holidays. In such cases, the parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
